Since August 2005, M+R has served as the lead strategic advisor to the Save Darfur Coalition, providing communications, online advocacy, fundraising and advertising, and event planning services. With M+R’s ongoing help, SDC has built and engaged a powerful global movement to end the genocide in Darfur, Sudan, including: 
- Over one million new supporters!
- Millions of dollars raised online through integrated campaigns.
- A base of 30,000+ e-activists who take weekly action as part of SDC’s Weekly Action Network.
- More than 1,000 Communities United for Darfur around the U.S., which serve as the grassroots backbone for the movement to end the genocide.
- Global Day for Darfur events in 57 cities around the world in 2006, where global citizens came together to demand that U.N peacekeepers be deployed to Darfur.
- Major media events in NYC and DC that brought together more than 80,000 SDC supporters to hear speakers like George Clooney, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Madeleine Albright.
- Significant ongoing media coverage in the U.S. and abroad of the movement to Save Darfur.
- More than one million online and offline postcards sent to President Bush urging support for a multinational force to end the genocide.
