If you missed it, here are the four biggest takeaways:
1) We covered pretty amazing results from four different organizations using Scout Quest for email targeting, mid-level giving programs, and advertising targeting. Each grew their donor bases affordably and saw INCREDIBLE returns for relatively little investment.
2) We took a deep dive with Ellen Pascale from Humane World for Animals. Ellen used Scout Quest data to quickly, cheaply expand the universe of her text messaging program and saw a 900+% ROI in less than a year.
3) We announced that Scout Quest is expanding to cover text messaging programs! You can now use co-op data to identify who on your text list is active and donating to other nonprofits, giving groups an awesome new tool to grow their text audiences!
4) Supercharged new channel targeting data! Scout Quest has always been able to tell you who on your file is clicking on emails and donating to other groups, but we’re taking it one step further to identify donors who are EMAIL responsive, TEXT MESSAGING responsive, and ADS responsive.
To participate this spring, we’re hoping groups can commit to join soon! Here’s the timeline:
March 20th: let us know you’re going to participate and sign the participation agreement.
April 10th: data submissions due. Here’s what you need to submit!
May 8th: data summary dashboards delivered to participants.
May 15th: deadline to decide what data to purchase!
May 22nd: all data delivered and Facebook advertising audiences become available.
