Webinar on March 4th: Huge update for the Scout Quest Data Co-op if you care about email, advertising, or texting

First off, what’s Scout Quest? It’s a different kind of data co-op! Unlike many other co-ops, participating in Scout Quest doesn’t require that you give up your supporters to other groups. 

Participating organizations instead share performance information: email activity, action, donation, deliverability, engagement, and fundraising behavior. In return, you get volumes of rich, useful data about your supporters to help in targeting, re-engagement, advertising, and more.

The results speak for themselves. We’ve already shared results on email reactivation efforts, advertising campaigns, mid-level donor recruitment, and more. 

But this part is new: This spring, we’re rolling out new channel targeting to be able to identify which of your supporters donates in response to EMAIL, TEXT MESSAGES, and ADVERTISING campaigns for other groups in addition to existing targeting options we’ve provided on who makes online donations, mail donations, large donations, and recurring donations.

If you participate, you’ll know EXACTLY who on your file should be targeted in your next campaign and on what channel. And we’re going to use that data to build even more powerful advertising options for co-op participants.

We’re also rolling out ANOTHER major new feature for groups with TEXTING PROGRAMS. Here’s the scoop:
